The proposed new Luxembourg carried interest regime

Vilma is Head of Tax at the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), the Luxembourg trade association and leads advocacy, industry advice and representation on tax topics. Prior to joining ALFI, Vilma was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Luxembourg in the firm's tax department, specialising in financial services, with a particular focus on investment funds and the asset management industry.

After several years as Vice-Chair, Vilma has been Chair of the Standing Committee on Tax and Accounting (TASC) of the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) since 2022.

Vilma holds a Master's degree in Law with a specialisation in corporate law and a Master's degree in Management from the University of Nancy (France).
