- the concept of substance in investment fund structures and asset management business models: the potential impacts of the draft "Unshell" Directive, the influence of case law and of the increasing use of teleworking;
- the global minimum taxation: the OECD Pillar Two Model Rules and the corresponding EU Directive introduce new and complex rules that investment fund structures will very soon have to consider;
- subscription tax for investment funds: the past and the future, current issues for asset managers.
