Since October 2019, Jessica has served as an AEOI expert at the Luxembourg tax authorities, working within the "Division échange de renseignements et de retenue d'impôts sur les intérêts" team. She currently coordinates the AEOI compliance team, overseeing thematic controls, classification audits, and comprehensive audits—including on-site inspections—related to due diligence, reporting, and archiving obligations under FATCA and CRS regulations. Jessica began her professional journey in 2012 at KPMG Luxembourg in the tax advisory department for the financial sector. Her role involved serving clients from the banking, insurance, and investment fund sectors in advising on the implementation of various regulations concerning automatic information exchanges under FATCA and CRS. Jessica completed her Master in Management Sciences at the Louvain School of Management, Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium in 2012. She specialized in "Governance and Control" and "Bank Management," which provided her with a strong foundation in financial management and regulatory compliance.
