Brenda Bol is the General Manager of Cecabank SA, Branch in Luxembourg since April 2024, leading the Spanish bank’s local strategy and operations in the provision of depository and custody services for investment funds. A dual Belgian Argentinian national, she brings more than 25 years of executive experience across global financial institutions, with a proven track record in governance, regulatory engagement, depository bank services, client relationship management, and business growth.

Before joining Cecabank, Brenda served as Branch Manager of The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV in Luxembourg, where she was responsible for regulatory representation, strategic execution, and oversight of the branch’s commercial, operational, and risk activities. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Brown Brothers Harriman as Senior Vice President and Head of Relationship Management, and at Clearstream Banking as Executive Director and Global Head of Sales & Relationship Management. She also managed large international teams as Head of Investment Funds Services at Clearstream, overseeing more than 500 staff across multiple jurisdictions.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Brenda is recognized for her results-driven leadership, strong regulatory expertise, and commitment to client excellence. She is also a certified independent director and holds academic qualifications in international relations, economics, and banking.
