This event addresses critical HR and organisational priorities. The discussions focus on understanding the implications of the new tax legislation, building effective mentorship programmes, advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, presenting the various education and development programmes supported by ALFI, and preparing for upcoming pension reform changes.
