ALFI-AIMA Webinar on AIFMD II and private debt

Susanne Weismüller has a German law degree with a specialisation in European Union law. Before joining ALFI’s legal department in January 2008, she worked as a lawyer for a Luxembourg law firm specialising in commercial law.

Susanne's area of responsibility at ALFI is twofold.

On the one hand, she coordinates various working groups, in particular the Alternative Investments Committee, including the areas of private equity and private debt. She regularly writes articles on current topics and has also been the coordinator of the association’s Regulation Advisory Board since it was founded in 2009. 

On the other hand, Susanne is ALFI's in-house legal counsel, dealing in particular with internal contractual and data protection matters.
