Directive (EU) 2024/927 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 March 2024 (better known as AIFMD II) has introduced new rules concerning loan-originating alternative investment funds. ALFI and AIMA are organising this webinar to briefly summarise the main changes, and to discuss with industry experts the implications of the new rules.
