Jérôme Duchêne is Head of Technology (Luxembourg) at Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A. Jerome has extensive experience in service management and IT governance, particularly within the finance sector. He manages a team of 30 employees across various regions, including Luxembourg, Switzerland, and other European offices, and has a proven track record in managing complex deliveries within the European regulatory context.

Jérôme has held various roles at Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A., including IT Manager for Service Management in the EMEA region, where he managed teams, optimized IT processes, and oversaw business continuity and disaster recovery planning. He began his career as a Technical Computer Operator at International Fund Data Services Luxembourg and later worked as a Service Management Analyst, focusing on process review, change control, and supplier management. Jérôme holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Luxembourg and several ITIL certifications.
