Oliver Zwick is a Partner in the Investment Funds practice of Clifford Chance’s Luxembourg office.
Oliver specialises in financial regulation, with particular focus on funds and asset management.
This includes advising clients on both AIFMD and UCITS structures (including ELTIFs) as well as on other issues associated with e.g. AML, outsourcing, distribution, MiFID, derivatives, securities lending, markets abuse regulations and Fintech regulations.
In addition, Oliver is actively engaged with a large number of industry associates, such as the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA), European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA), Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and Luxembourg Association of Compliance Officers (ALCO).
