Carlo Zwank is a senior advisor in Luxembourg’s Ministry of Finance, where he focuses on financial services, particularly in the areas of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CFT). He represents Luxembourg's interests as a financial services attaché in EU-wide discussions, specifically as part of the EU Council's Working Groups. In this capacity, he has been part of the negotiations on the recently published AML package. In addition to AML/CFT regulation, he is in charge of insurance and market infrastructures regulation. Before joining the Ministry of Finance in 2018, he has been active as an insurance supervisor at the Commissariat aux Assurances during 12 years.
