Dr. Heleen De Geest has been working as a legal expert at the AML/CFT department of the CSSF for over 6 years. She represented the CSSF during the negotiations of the AML Package.
She obtained her Master’s in Law at the Catholic University of Leuven and her LLM in European Criminal law at the University of Luxembourg. She obtained the title of Doctor in Law in the field of criminal procedure.
