Mr. Baer is leading Wealth Solutions International for PATRIZIA SE, leading partner for global investments in real assets, with over €55bn of assets under management. The team works globally with financial intermediaries, such as banks, insurance companies, MFOs and IFA networks to develop innovative solutions for their private wealth clients. These cover the entire spectrum of “real assets” and themes such as living, Working, logistics real estate & transition related infrastructure based on proprietary data driven selection and ESG models.

Before joining PATRIZIA, Mr. Baer held various leadership positions at UBS, Allianz Global Investors, PIMCO, and UniCredit.

Mr. Baer holds an MSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics (UK) & a BSc (Hons) from Utica College of Syracuse University (US) and was a visiting student at Universidad Adolfo Ibanez (CL).
