Georges Bock is the Founder and CEO of Investre S.A., a Luxembourg-based FinTech and the first Controlling Agent licensed by the CSSF under Luxembourg’s Blockchain IV Law. Investre provides the regulated infrastructure that makes tokenised funds work, from issuance to custody to distribution. With its Controlling Agent licence, Investre acts as the trusted, compliant partner for asset managers, banks, and institutional investors moving into tokenisation.

Through Moniflo, Investre’s retail distribution platform, Georges extends this mission to individuals — enabling access to regulated UCITS and ELTIF funds, including tokenised share classes, with greater transparency, liquidity, and alignment to investors’ values.

Before founding Investre, Georges spent 27 years at KPMG Luxembourg, where he held several leadership roles, including Managing Partner, Head of Tax, and Global Financial Services Digital Strategy Lead Partner. His career has been defined by deep expertise in investment management, structured finance, regulation, and innovation, as well as a passion for bridging traditional finance with new digital paradigms.

Georges also serves as a Non-Executive Director for institutions including Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A., Governance.com, and UNICEF Luxembourg, contributing his strategic insight to organizations at the intersection of finance, governance, and social impact.
