Claudia Hoffmann is a Partner and a member of the Financial Services, Investment Funds & Alternative Investments group at Luther’s Luxembourg office.

She advises domestic and international clients on the structuring of investment funds, regulatory compliance, and complex financial services matters. Claudia has a broad range of experience across asset classes in advising on regulated/unregulated funds and open-ended/closed-ended funds, as well as on the compliance questions related to derivatives, liquidity mechanisms, ESG related questions and other regulatory matters in connection with managing public and private funds.

Claudia has recently accredited as one of the first Early Neutral Evaluators in Luxembourg. As an Early Neutral Evaluator, Claudia provides parties with a professional and well-founded assessment with respect to their financial services disputes.
