Kyle is an EY Luxembourg partner with experience advising investments managers of private equity funds and fund of funds, credit funds, RICs/UCITS, as well as hedge funds of varying investment strategies and structures in both the US and Luxembourg.
After started his career with EY in the New York office, he has more recently been part of EY’s Germany and Luxembourg practices serving US public and private clients under varying regulatory reporting requirements in both the banking and asset management sectors. As EY Luxembourg’s US Technical Desk Leader, he oversees relevant methodology and regulatory topics applicable for US related engagements for the practice. Additionally, he manages our firm relationship with the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg and is the recently appointed committee chair for the chamber’s risk, audit and compliance committee. He has published thought leadership focusing on the impact of Luxembourg legal and regulatory updates to US managers operating in Luxembourg.
Kyle received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The University of Maryland. He is a certified public accountant (“CPA”) in the States of New York and New Jersey and member of the AICPA, a Luxembourg chartered accountant (“Reviseur d’Entreprise”) and a chartered financial analyst (“CFA”).
