Anne-Gaëlle is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team. She advises financial institutions, asset managers and investment firms (across Europe, the USA and Asia) on the structuring and reorganisation of Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment vehicles with a particular focus on alternative strategies (including private equity, venture capital, real estate and debt).

She also advises institutional investors on due diligence aspects of their investments. Lately, Anne-Gaëlle has been advising on the establishment of several cross-border structures, including parallel funds and master feeder structures. Anne-Gaëlle specialises in all aspects of fund formation and capital raising for Luxembourg funds, with a broad experience in providing structuring advice for fund sponsors as well as LP advisory services.

She has almost 20 years of experience in the legal profession. Her achievements include working on the set up of master-feeder and parallel structures for major US and UK PE and VC asset managers. She has worked with one of the world's largest independent investment management firms with over USD 1.1 trillion in client assets under management, on the establishment of a Luxembourg private equity alternative investment fund. Anne-Gaëlle also leads the Ogier's ESG initiative in Luxembourg.

Anne-Gaëlle has become a respected voice in the industry and is a member of several associations including Women in Fund Finance, IBA or ALFI. She also gives training sessions at the IFE Luxembourg on aspects of Luxembourg law eg 'SCS/SCSp in practice' and is the author of a number of articles and briefings.

Anne-Gaëlle graduated with a Master of Law from the University of Louvain in Belgium with Magna Cum Laude (High Honours). She is qualified in Belgium and Luxembourg and speaks English, French, Spanish and has some basic knowledge of Dutch.
