Martin is a partner in the Luxembourg Investment Funds Group with specialist experience in the structuring, establishment, and ongoing advice of alternative investment funds. Additionally, he advises institutional investors concerning investments in international fund structure.

Martin advises in a wide range of asset classes include private equity, real estate, infrastructure, green energy, debt, venture capital and impact. Covering all types of investment fund structures, segregated managed accounts and investment-type securitisation structures, he also advises on fund-related ESG matters. His advice covers the legal, regulatory and tax aspects both from a Luxembourg and German perspective. He is an active member of the Luxembourg fund industry association (“ALFI”).
