Dan Gerard is a Senior Multi-Asset Strategist for State Street Global Markets focusing on Asset Allocation, Equity, FX, and Fixed Income views for State Street’s range of clients using a blend of macroeconomics, fundamentals, risk and investor behavior. Dan relocated to Boston in 2021 following a decade in Hong Kong and Singapore.  Previously, he was the head of State Street Associates advisory group in Asia, a partnership with academia focused on investment and risk solutions for asset owners. Prior to that, Dan ran the North American Equity Research Sales group at SSGM in Boston, having started there in 2011. Dan is a regular contributor to Bloomberg, CNBC, international and regional financial media. Prior to joining State Street, he spent over a decade at Brown Brothers Harriman in Luxembourg, London, Zurich, and New York in research, sales, and relationship roles.
