In the United States, he spearheaded the establishment of an outbound sales team for EU-domiciled funds, collaborating with notable UK and US clients.
Focused on nurturing business growth, Rafael dedicated himself to developing commercial channels for outbound sales, particularly emphasizing Luxembourg and Dublin domiciled vehicles. He later assumed a regional co-leadership position at HSBC specializing in client development across North and Latin America.
Throughout his career, Rafael has closely collaborated with industry leaders, facilitating fund setups and cross-border initiatives. His dedication culminates in leading the establishment and expansion of the Americas region for ONE, leveraging his expertise to drive growth and success.
