Pierre Zaccuri is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach, where he specialises in structuring, formation and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds.Pierre also advises alternative investment fund managers on fund governance, carried interest and co-investment arrangements, as well as on corporate reorganisations. Pierre is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and holds a Bachelor’s in Law and Economic Sciences from the University of Lorraine (France), a Maitrise in Business Law from the University of Aix Marseille III (France) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg.
