Charles Foucard is the Chief Operating Officer of Edmond de Rothschild’s Private Equity, which he joined in May 2022. His role encompasses the supervision of all support functions of the Private Equity business, including Operations, Finance, Product Structuring, Data & Technology, Risks, Legal and Compliance.

Prior to Edmond de Rothschild, Charles Foucard was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy at Pictet Alternatives Advisors, the Group's alternative investment arm with $35 billion in assets under management. Charles joined the Pictet group in 2015 as Project Director, leading the group's transversal and strategic projects.

Prior to Pictet, Charles was a manager at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris, advising large corporates – mainly financial institutions – on strategic, organisational and operational aspects.

Charles started his career in the Private Equity sector, both on the investment side at Astorg Partners and at Meridiam Infrastructure - where he spent 4 years in the investment team - as well as on the financing side, at the Bank of Scotland.

Charles holds a Masters Degree from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Paris.
