Olivier has been a member of KPMG’s tax practice for 16 years. His industries of expertise lie within the financial services (FS) sector with a focus on asset management and all EU tax related topics for investment funds, banks and insurance companies. He is the asset management tax lead for all questions relating to public funds. Olivier has developed fully automated solutions to allow investment funds to reclaim taxes on a global basis. He is providing Direct tax advice for management companies, especially looking at the tax consequences of restructuring of operations. He is participating to the ALFI and EFAMA working groups. Olivier holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law at the university of Exeter and is fully qualified lawyer (i.e., admission to the German bar).
