Sidonie helps her clients identify, monitor and optimise her client’s (portfolio) taxation. As taxation is a risk management issue, Sidonie assists her clients knowing, managing and supervising the tax risks, ensuring a full tax compliance and a full tax efficiency via reclaims, notably.
Sidonie assists in setting up/enhancing her clients tax function, building up their tax governance and ensuring there is risk management processes over the delegates/providers if any.
She is UCITS and AIFMD Tax subject matter expert and notably active in the UK, the Swiss and the French markets.
She is also frequent lecturer at various conferences and wrote numerous articles regarding European discrimination.
