ALFI Roadshow to New York

Nicolas Fermaud’s practice as a Partner and Head of the Elvinger New York office concentrates on commercial and financial law, with a specialization in investment vehicles, advising asset managers throughout the investment cycle. He is an Executive Committee member and Secretary of the Luxembourg-American Chamber of Commerce in New York, and a member of the editorial board of The Investment Lawyer. Prior to joining Elvinger, Nicolas worked in the Luxembourg, Moscow and New York offices of a Magic Circle law firm for more than a decade. He has been a solicitor in England and Wales since 2010, and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2006, receiving his law degree from the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
