Anyssa is an extension of Shashaank’s work in impact investing at Gray Ghost Ventures and disability inclusion at v-shesh which is an India based award winning impact
enterprise that he co-founded in 2009.

Gore and Shashaank after having worked together for 14 years at Gray Ghost Ventures
(www.grayghostventures.com). Gray Ghost Ventures is a pioneer in impact investing having made early stage investments in businesses like bKash, m-Kopa, Movirtu, Rent Bureau et al that work on improving lives of underserved people through sustainable business models.
Building on Arun and Shashaank’s experience in impact investing and disability inclusion, Ally Venture Capital has launched a venture capital fund focussed on disability inclusion.
Shashaank is also co-founder of v-shesh (www.v-shesh.com) which is an award winning
impact enterprise he co-founded with P Rajasekharan (Raja). v-shesh is listed on Global
Diversity List (supported by The Economist) and is recipient of National Award for
Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities by President of India. Shashaank is also member of the ethics review committee and visiting faculty at BALM (The Banyan Academy of Leadership in Mental Health) and has co-authored/ contributed to publications including a guide on disability inclusion for CDC (now BII) and guidelines for disability inclusive financial services in Cambodia. He has also served on committees at National Institute of Open Schooling which is the world’s largest open schooling system.
Shashaank has prior experience with start-ups and in financial services. He was member of the start-up team that built ABN Amro Bank’s Commercial Banking Business in India where he was Head of Commercial Banking for North & East and South India. He worked with IDBI Bank and Tata Group prior to ABN Amro Bank.
