Alessandro Corno is Equity and Managing Partner of Alma LED.
Alessandro is Head of the Investment Funds team. He has extensive experience in the asset management and investment funds sectors; he regularly advises some of the leading asset managers and institutional investors - both Italian and international - in the set-up of alternative funds investing in real estate, private equity, venture capital and other alternative asset classes.
Alessandro provides legal assistance and support to financial institutions, financial operators, investors, payment institutions, EU investment companies, SIM and SGR in all legal and regulatory aspects.
Alessandro is member of the Advisory Board of many listed and non-listed investment funds; he is member of the tax & legal committee of AIFI (Associazione Italiana del Private Equity and Venture Capital).
Alessandro regularly writes about investment funds and his articles have been published on Il Sole 24 Ore.
