Giorgio Mercogliano is 52 years old, married with three sons. He has joined Equinox since its foundation,and he is currently the Managing Partner of the firm.
With a long experience in private equity and corporate finance and a degree cum laude in Economics from the Federico II University of Naples, Giorgio has always carried out his activity in the field of corporate finance. After a brief experience in strategic consulting, he worked in the Corporate Finance division of Borsaconsult SIM and then, as Vice President in the M&A division of Interbanca, at that point in time the investment bank of Gruppo Bancario Antonveneta.
Giorgio is board member of all the companies of Equinox Group, and he has been member of the board of several Equinox portfolio companies over the time.
