Julia is a Partner in our Investment Funds practice. She focuses both on regulated and non-regulated investment funds.
She mainly advises clients on the regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of the structuring, setting-up and ongoing operations of investment funds, with a specific focus on UCITS and AIF (and their investment fund managers). She also has an expertise on regulatory related issues.
Prior to joining CMS Luxembourg, she worked in leading Luxembourg law firms and acquired experience in investment funds within a major international law firm specialised in investment funds in Paris.
Julia is a member of the Paris Bar and has been admitted by the Luxembourg Bar to practice in Luxembourg under her French professional title.
