Massimoluca graduated cum laude from Bocconi University (Milano) as Master of Science in Economics , he is qualified as Certified Director by ILA (ILA-CD) and obtained the Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD (IDP-C). He currently acts as General Manager at Banco Inversis Luxembourg Branch (Luxembourg), Independent Board Director at Convera Europe Financial S.A. (Luxembourg), Chairperson at BA3 Strategic Investment Fund Sicav (Luxembourg). His experience includes performing as CFO, CEO, Executive and Non-executive Director. He served in French, German, English, Italian, Luxembourgish, Irish and Spanish operations, being banks (including listed ones), asset management companies, investment vehicles and unit-linked life assurance.
