Marco joined Eurizon Capital S.A. in 2016. He has spent his entire career in the financial industry within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, starting on 1991 at Banca Fideuram in Milan. At the end of 1994 he moved to Intesa International Bank in Luxembourg. In 2004 Marco was appointed General Manager of Intesa Sanpaolo bank and in 2008 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer. In 2014, he joined Banca IMI in Milan as Head of a Group project on HNWI. Marco holds a degree in Political Sciences from "Università degli Studi di Genova" and completed his education with several management training classes, among which the London Business School Corporate Finance Executive Program and at Insead where he awarded the Certificate in Corporate Governance. Marco is also Chairman of the subsidiaries of the Eurizon Group based in the Central European Countries and other Sicav based in Luxembourg and is also member of the Board of the Italian - Luxembourgish chamber of commerce.
