Francesca De Bartolomeo is a distinguished executive with over three decades of experience in strategy consulting, business development, and international sales within the financial services sector. She currently holds the position of Head of Business Development Luxembourg & International Desk at CACEIS Bank Luxembourg,  and serves as Member of the Executive Committee, where she has played a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and managing key relationships with institutional investors.

Ms. De Bartolomeo's career is characterized by her profound expertise in client needs analysis, strategic negotiation, and the cultivation of robust partnerships. She has a proven track record in overseeing complex transformation and post-merger integration projects and possesses extensive experience in navigating European financial regulatory environments.

Prior to her tenure at CACEIS, Ms. De Bartolomeo was the Owner of  AUREIS PRIME SàRL, where she provided corporate and business strategy advisory services. Her previous roles also include significant positions at CITI where she led regional sales teams and developed strategic business initiatives for Southern Europe, insourcing business from Latin America.

Ms. De Bartolomeo has also served as an independent non-executive director for several prominent asset management companies, she holds an Executive Strategy Programme certificate from INSEAD and has actively participated in various industry initiatives and leadership programs. She is fluent in Italian, English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
