Tax and corporate governance professional with solid experience in strategic fiscal planning, compliance, and cross-border financial structuring. With more than eight years of experience in tax and risk management at a single-family office in Brazil, and previous positions as a senior tax consultant at PwC and EY, has participated in projects involving international corporate and investment structures in Luxembourg, the British Virgin Islands, and the Cayman Islands, acquiring strong knowledge of tax frameworks in Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland, and Italy.
Currently serves as an associate tax consultant to BHC – Bhering Cabral Advogados, a Brazilian law firm based in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo focused on corporate law and wealth planning for families with complex and high-value assets. The firm has received international recognitions such as Chambers and Partners, Best Lawyers and Legal 500.
Also acts as director of companies in Luxembourg, where he has gained extensive knowledge of the local corporate and regulatory frameworks, as well as a deep understanding of the country’s business environment and financial market dynamics.
Holds academic degrees in Law and Accounting, providing an integrated perspective on legal and financial matters. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and French, currently studying German to enhance communication in European markets.
