Aline Nunes is a member of the Direct Tax expertise group in the Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg office. She is part of the region teams Latin America and Spain & Portugal and visits the regions on a frequent basis.
She is furthermore a member of the Pillar Two and Tax Substance knowledge teams within Loyens &Loeff. She regularly writes and speaks on these topics.
Aline focuses on international tax consultancy, advising multinationals and private equity funds.
On her family owned business and private wealth practice Aline advises international and domestic entrepreneurs, private equity firms, private bankers, family foundations and trusts, as well as family offices on operational aspects of running their business and managing their private wealth. Aline takes a co-operative and forward-thinking approach, anticipating social dynamics, to help clients to make the right choices for them and their future generations.
Before joining Loyens &Loeff office, she has worked in the international tax department of a top-ranked law firm and Big Four company in São Paulo (Brazil) and New York (USA), respectively.
