Francis joined Carne Group in September 2025 as Managing Director, Head of Business Development with the mission to strengthen client coverage and support growth.
Francis is a Financial, Fund and Fiduciary Services professional with an extensive technical and operational background. With 25+ years experience in the wealth management and fund industry, he has seen it evolve to meet the needs of the next generation of clients. He previously held roles at PwC, IQEQ and Citco and his career has taken him to numerous countries and continents, working across fund and wealth management in Hedge, Private Equity, Real Estate services and Family Offices.
Francis is President of the Hockey Federation Luxembourg, a board member of the Luxembourg Association of Family Offices and STEP.
Born in Belgium, he is fluent in five languages and holds a BBA in Finance and Insurance from Ghent University (Belgium) and the University of Limerick (Ireland).
