Eduardo Gramuglia Pallavicino joined Citi in 2023 as Securities Services Head for Benelux. In September 2024, Mr. Gramuglia Pallavicino was appointed CCO & Banking Head, retaining Securities Services leadership for Luxembourg.
As CCO & Banking Head and CEP Branch Manager, Mr. Gramuglia Pallavicino acts as the lead Citi representative in Luxembourg and the single, coordinated face in the local market. He is responsible for maximizing Citi business with all clients present in Luxembourg across all products and subproducts, delivering the full value of Citi’s Global network to all clients. He is responsible for legal entity management and leading the execution of the Transformation in country.
Mr. Gramuglia Pallavicino has over 25 years of experience in Luxembourg and London in fund services, capital markets and fintech. Prior to joining Citi, he held various senior leadership roles, including Luxembourg Country Head for State Street Bank International. Other senior leadership positions include Next Gate Tech, ABN Amro Mellon/BNY Mellon and Brown Brothers Harriman in Luxembourg and London, as well as Board Directorships in Industry Associations. Mr. Gramuglia Pallavicino holds a doctor degree in Political Sciences from Universita’ La Sapienza di Roma.
