Emmanuel Gutton is a partner in Global Private Equity and Investment Funds Practices and a partner in Transactional practice based in Luxembourg.
Emmanuel has more than 15 years of experience advising on funds and related matters. He assists on the creation, structuring and conversion of funds across a wide range of asset classes including private equity and real estate. He also regularly advises investment fund managers on a variety of matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Emmanuel was Deputy CEO and General Counsel at the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and previously worked for several local and international law firms in France and Luxembourg.
Emmanuel is a member of the investment fund managers committee of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
