Bárbara is a counsel in the financial regulation department of Linklaters Madrid. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating OTC derivatives, as well as advising on financial regulations. Notable is her experience advising investment and private equity funds (including drafting the necessary documents for forming these and their managers and advising on cross-border operations and marketing by foreign institutions in Spain), as well as investment firms and banks.

She is also highly experienced in advising on FIG M&A deals and market abuse and money laundering regulations.
