Florent Denys is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice area of Arendt & Medernach. He specialises in regulated investment funds with a focus on undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) and alternative investment funds including European long-term investment funds (ELTIFs). He advises domestic and international clients on the regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of the formation, development, marketing and restructuring of investment funds and management companies. Florent is also involved in the MiFID II expert group of the Investment Management practice area. Florent has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018. Florent holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium). Languages: French, Spanish, English.
