Felipe Díaz Toro is the Managing Partner of EDN Abogados and Head of the Investment funds practice. His practice mainly focuses on advising international and local clients in transactions related to investment funds (in particular alternative investment funds). His international experience and the fact of having successfully passed the corresponding homologation exams, allow him to be the only Chilean lawyer authorized to practice simultaneously in Chile, Spain and Luxembourg. Felipe holds a Postgraduate in Business Law from Catholic University of Chile, an LL.M. in Banking & Financial Law from Boston University, an Advanced Master in Business Administration (AMBA) from Adolfo Ibáñez University in Chile, and is a certified director by the International Directors Certification Program, Institute of Directors (IoD), London, since 2021. Besides being a regular speaker at conferences, he is an invited Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile and a Director of the Chilean-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce AG, in Chile. Felipe is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
