Margareta McConnell is a Director at StepStone Group, lead Private Wealth Switzerland. Ms. McConnell most recently served as Head of DACH at Moonfare, in addition to leading out the commercial efforts across the region she was responsible for building out the institutional and wealth businesses. Prior to joining Moonfare, she was a Senior Private Equity Specialist at Credit Suisse, advising UHNW clients and family offices on building diversified private equity portfolios. Previously, Ms. McConnell specialized in advising international development agencies on impact investing and climate change. Ms. McConnell received an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and a Bachelor’s from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
