Xavier Martinez is a Tax Partner at KPMG Luxembourg and Head of Global Mobility & People Services (People, Tax and Reward). He has over 25 years of experience advising multinational organizations and senior executives on global mobility, personal taxation, compensation & benefits, and social security matters. Xavier supports clients on complex cross‑border workforce strategies, executive remuneration, equity plans, and regulated remuneration frameworks, including CRD, AIFMD, UCITS, and MiFID. Prior to joining KPMG, he held leadership roles in both professional services and in‑house environments, combining deep technical expertise with extensive experience in managing international consulting and compliance teams. He holds a DES in Fiscal Law from the University of Liège.
