Ben Burger is Managing Director and General Counsel for Tor Investment Management, a leading independent alternative credit manager focused on Asia-Pacific markets. Ben has 16 years of post-qualification legal experience. Prior to joining TOR, Ben worked at Noble Group as Senior Legal Counsel where he was responsible for the structuring, negotiation, and execution of its strategic, corporate, and finance transactions. Prior to joining Noble, Ben was a corporate lawyer with Linklaters in Hong Kong and London. Ben is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England. He holds both a Graduate Diploma in Law and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP University Law School and a BA (Hons) in History and Politics from the University of Warwick.
