Regulatory update with a local twist

In recent months, the Luxembourg fund sector has witnessed significant regulatory changes that are expected to keep fund professionals engaged throughout 2024. The panel will examine how the fund modernisation law further enhances the Luxembourg fund toolbox, enabling asset managers to capitalise on the full momentum of current market trends. Insights will be shared on why the enhanced ELTIF framework will amplify the appeal of retailised alternatives. Finally, the panel will engage in a discussion to determine whether the AIFMD and UCITS review will be remembered as a revolution, or rather as an evolution. Join our expert panel for a deep dive on these and other topics, with a particular focus on Hong Kong.
