Akihiro Hayashi joined Muzinich as a country head of Japan in May 2023.
He has over 25 years of industry experience with a strong focus on servicing, planning and business development for pension funds and financial institutions. He most recently was a member of Institutional Sales as director at Barings Japan, where he spent 8 years continuing his strong relations and securing mandates from various top tier pension funds and financial corporations.
Before joining Barings Japan, he has worked for some of the largest financial institutions in Japan including UBS Global Asset Management, Manulife Asset Management, Blackrock Japan, and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust & Banking Co.
