Cross-border fund distribution in the spotlight
Kerry-ann Au Yeong is a Senior Manager in the Wealth and Asset Management Practise of EY in Luxembourg experienced in leading and coordinating large audit teams and the day-to-day running of the audit process of large investment funds sponsored by international Asian, US and UK asset managers, as well as management companies, with a specific focus on APAC. She brings deep knowledge of IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP, and the Luxembourg fund industry. She has significant experience of investment fund cross-border reporting to meet regulatory needs as well as experience in other assurance including those surrounding fund migrations. Prior to joining EY in Luxembourg, she gained experience in EY Kuala Lumpur and Singapore auditing clients within the financial services sector. She holds a number of internal EY roles such as fund methodology lead focusing on developing the audit procedures and methodology within the Luxembourg office, IFRS for funds expert and resource management lead as well as people manager. Through her roles, she is well connected with other EY member firms globally. She has written publications on the investment fund industry and is a speaker at EY events.
