Guillaume is the partner in charge of the Distribution, Advisory and Support team within the IM & PERE Operate practice at Deloitte.
He works in the financial sector in Luxembourg with a particular focus within the Investment Management industry. With more than 15 years of experience, Guillaume has worked as external auditor before specializing in regulatory compliance and cross-border distribution aspects within Deloitte’s Consulting IM & PERE Services.
Guillaume has a vast experience in regulatory operations and change management. Currently, he focuses on RegTech initiatives, digitalization of financial services and new cross-border distribution market opportunities.
He also works on project management and business developments. Guillaume set up the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive “AIFMD” Notification Service. Deloitte is now the market leader in terms of passporting and non-passporting registrations in the private assets industry. In 2021, Guillaume launched the European Investors Facilities Services (known as “EIFS”). This platform provides facilities to investors across Europe. Guillaume also developed Market Intelligence tools known as the Cross Border Distribution World Tour, Navigating Asia or Registration Insights.
