Charlotte Chen is a Partner of Elvinger Hoss Prussen and in charge of the Hong Kong office. She focuses in the establishment and structuring of investment funds under the form of regulated or non-regulated vehicles. She also participates in acquisition and financing transactions through the use of a Luxembourg structure. She advises Asian asset managers and corporates in relation to the structuring of their Luxembourg investment fund operations and transactions. She speaks Mandarin, French, English and Cantonese.
