Ms. Lau started her career as equity analyst at a US hedge fund. She began her position with Pictet in 2019 as Head of Business Development Asia under Pictet Asset Services, and expanded her role to Head of Market Asia for the division since 2022. With over 22 years of experience in Banking and Finance, she was previously the Head of Investment Services for several asset management firms in Asia, and assume responsibility for new fund initiatives and institutional fund structuring solutions.
