Matthew Newnham is currently based in London and is the Global Head of Investor Business Development at Euroclear's FundsPlace. In this role he works with financial institutions with trading & custody, distribution and data services, managing sales and relationship management , Client Service, Onboarding and Product Sales Support. Previously he has worked at MFEX as Chief Product Officer in Stockholm & London prior to the acquisition by Euroclear in 2021. He also worked at Citi, based in Luxembourg, Hong Kong and Australia, in product and project management roles in fund services, transfer agency, middle office and electronic markets in the Global, EMEA and Asia Pacific management teams. Prior to Citi he worked at BNP Paribas, Cogent and Henderson Investors in both London and Luxembourg. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Information Systems Management from Bournemouth University, UK.
