Kai Aschick, CAIA, is the Private Markets Lead for BlackRock’s EMEA iShares & Wealth business. His focus is to drive the product strategy and positioning of BlackRock’s Private Markets and broader Alternatives capabilities to Wealth clients in the region. Prior to joining BlackRock Kai spent several years with BHF-BANK, where he most recently focussed on the distribution of the firm’s asset management capabilities to institutional investors. Kai holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), a Bachelor’s degree from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and is a qualified banking professional in Germany (Bankkaufmann).
