Further to an extensive and diverse experience in the tax consultancy business, Valentina joined Sanne LIS S.A., a leading Luxembourg third party AIFM, in 2022. Within her role, she is responsible for overseeing tax matters pertaining to fund onboardings, deal approvals as well as structure unwinding. With more than 10 years of industry experience, Valentina is knowledgeable in corporate tax advisory, related tax compliance, automatic exchange of information and operational implementation across the asset management industry.

As a Luxembourg certified tax professional, Valentina participates in different professional working groups focusing on tax within the alternative investment industry.
